What happens next

A craftsman picks up the phone.

What happens after you submit
1
Ryan reviews your inquiry personally. Every submission is read by the craftsman, not a scheduler or intake form.
2
He calls within 24 hours. The call is a conversation — he asks about the piece, you ask about cost and process. No pressure.
3
You receive a starting estimate. Based on what he learns on the call, Ryan gives you a realistic range before anything is scheduled.
4
Work proceeds only when you approve. If disassembly reveals additional scope, you are told before any additional work happens.

Before you fill out the form

Do I need to know the brand or model? No. Describe what you see — approximate size, what the case looks like, when it stopped running. That is enough for a first conversation.
What if it's been sitting for ten years? That is common. A clock that has been silent for a decade is not necessarily beyond restoring. The age of the last running is noted — it affects the scope estimate but does not disqualify the piece.
What if the cost ends up being more than the clock is worth? Ryan will tell you that on the call. Honest assessment is part of the service. Some pieces are worth restoring for sentimental reasons regardless of market value. Some are not worth the investment. You will know which situation you are in before spending anything.
I don't have photos yet. Can I still submit? Yes. Send what you have — even a phone photo of the clock in the corner is helpful. Photos of the face, the back panel, and any visible damage give Ryan the most to work with, but any photo is better than none.

Most helpful: face of the clock, back panel, any damage or unusual features. Phone photos are fine.
No commitment until you decide. Submitting this form starts a conversation — not a work order. Ryan will call, answer your questions, and give you a starting estimate. Work proceeds only when you say yes.
